Domaine Henri & Gilles Remoriquet has been established in Nuits-Saint-Georges for four generations.
Over the decades, the family has built up a 9-hectare estate in the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation (Village and 1er cru) and Vosne-Romanée.
Patricia Guenot, winemaker and oenology technician, has been working hand-in-hand with Gilles Remoriquet for over thirty years to define the precise complexity of each terroir in her wines. Since July 2025, she has been alone at the head of the estate, to perpetuate the expertise of Gilles, who died in July 2025.
Concerned about environmental issues, the estate is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and Terra Vitis.

ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
