Located in Tracy-sur-Loire, the estate is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. You can also visit the estate on Saturdays by prior arrangement.

Please note that the estate is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Sébastien set up his own estate with a few vines in 1992. In 2016, he set up a limited company as a négociant and included his brother's and Magali's wines, supplying the business solely with the production from their vineyards! Today, the estate has a total of 18 hectares, spread over 3 farms: 2 AOC (Pouilly Fumé, Coteaux du Giennois) and 1 IGP (IGP Val de Loire).

ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
