47.08021, 4.85012A family-run wine estate in Burgundy, we grow Chardonnay in the climats of Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Corton Charlemagne, and Pinot Noir in the climats of Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Corton.
Located in the Côte de Beaune region, the Domaine takes advantage of the noble grape varieties to create a range of 22 appellations, from fresh Burgundy to delicate village, from prestigious Premier Cru to rare Grand Cru.
Here, the best of modernity and respect for tradition are at the service of the expression of Burgundy's terroir.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
