Domaine des Pergolas is above all a story of passion. That of Nicolas Ferrari, a winegrower from father to son, and Clémence Vinay, an accomplished horsewoman. Together, they decided to combine their know-how to create an exceptional wine estate in Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
With 1.8 hectares of vines in production in Irancy, our estate stands out above all for its pergola cultivation in Noyers, a first in the Yonne.
This traditional Mediterranean technique has been adapted to today's changing climate, providing better protection for the grapes and making it easier to work the soil with our kune kune pigs.

ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
