A family property for 6 generations, the estate cultivates nearly 10 hectares of vines in Mercurey, including 7 classified as Mercurey 1er Cru, on 3 climats, including the Clos des Grands Voyens in monopoly. Trained as an engineer, Benoit Eschard took over the running of the estate in 2013, with the aim of promoting and enhancing this unique parcel of land.
Alongside its wines, the estate also produces Burgundy spirits (Ratafia and Fine de Bourgogne).

ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
