Our family business has been handed down through the generations, and we are committed to nurturing this gift of generations with the greatest respect for tradition and our terroirs. We decided to adopt certified organic farming methods in 2013.
The estate's vineyards cover 24 hectares in the MARSANNAY, FIXIN and GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN appellations.
Our priority is to provide the vines with all the balance they need to produce rich, generous wines that give pleasure and reflect the character of our terroirs.
We would be delighted to welcome you to our tasting and sales cellar from Monday to Friday, preferably by appointment, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm; and on Saturdays by prior appointment only, subject to availability. (We are closed on Sundays and public holidays).

ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
