To share its passion for sparkling wines, Maison Veuve Ambal, the Crémant de Bourgogne specialist, opens its doors to visitors all year round.
A visit to the production site reveals the secrets of the house and the stages in the making of its cuvées.
Visitors of all ages will be fascinated by the ageing cellars and workshops, as well as by the robots and automatons used in the "traditional method". Giant screen projections enhance the tour through the heart of the company.
At the end of the tour, you can taste three different Crémant de Bourgogne wines produced by the company. Children can also enjoy a tasting of the company's non-alcoholic products.

ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
