We are two brothers from a family of winegrowers who grew up in the village of Irancy alongside our parents and grandparents. Today, we are committed to carrying on this heritage with sincerity and respect.
Our estate is located in Irancy, at the gateway to Burgundy, close to Chablis, Grand Auxerrois and Vézelay, and just two hours from Paris.
The Irancy appellation is distinguished by its exclusive production of Burgundy red wines, with Pinot Noir as the emblematic grape variety.
We now cultivate 18 hectares of vines, certified organic. Deeply attached to pinot noir, we strive to express the unique identity of Irancy wines to the full, while respecting the personality of each vintage, which we seek to faithfully reproduce right through to bottling.
From the vine to the glass, every stage - harvesting, ageing, bottling and marketing - is carried out directly on the estate.
We welcome you to our cellar from Monday to Saturday, to help you discover our different Irancy cuvées, and we also offer shipping throughout France and Europe.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
