I took over from my father Alain in 2012.
The estate covers 6 hectares in the commune of Meursault. There are three of us working on the estate, my husband Marc and myself and my daughter Margaux, who joined us in 2020.
We continue to work the wines in the traditional way (ageing in oak barrels).
The wines of Domaine Alain Patriarche are vinified separately for each climate and each plot in order to preserve all the intrinsic characteristics of the terroir.
As a member of Vignerons Indépendants de France, we attend national wine fairs (Lyon, Lille, Paris, Strasbourg, Mandelieu).
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
