Our estate is located in BERU, the smallest commune in the Chablis region, surrounded by its greatest asset, the vines. We farm 26 hectares, in the commune of BERU for the Chablis, and FLEYS for the Chablis 1er Cru.
Family production has been passed down for several generations, and we work using traditional methods.
Our range includes : Petit Chablis; Chablis; Chablis Vieilles Vignes; Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin; Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu, Chablis 1er Cru Fourneaux.
During your visit, we'll show you around our vineyards and cellar, and explain our job as winegrowers, working the vines and ageing the wine.
Afterwards, we'll offer you a tasting of our Chablis wines.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
