Right in the heart of the town, opposite the Hospices de Beaune, the Marché aux Vins is located in the former 15th-century Church of the Cordeliers.
It offers cellar tours and tastings of great Burgundy wines, as well as a unique collection of old vintages and wines from the Hospices de Beaune, Hospices de Nuits Saint-Georges and Hospital de Dijon.

ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
