This estate has been in the family for five generations and is located in Fuissé in the southern part of the Bourgogne region. Producing only 100% Chardonnay wines, we manage 30 hectares in eight different villages. Come and discover our Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Mâcon-Villages and Crémant de Bourgogne wines. We prefer to make our wines in stainless-steel vats so as to capture the unique qualities of the terroir and the different annual vintages. Our cellars are air-conditioned, the vats temperature-controlled. We also produce wines aged in oak barrels. 40% of our wines are sold in France, 60% exported around the world.

ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
