The Maison Jean Loron, founded 300 years ago, is a key stage in the Vallée de la Gastronomie between Beaune and Lyon. Its influence throughout the vineyards is based on the sustainable preservation of a 220-hectare winegrowing heritage in the heart of Beaujolais with the Domaines Loron and in Mâconnais with the Domaines Auvigue.
On site, explore the soul and richness of a House that has been firmly established for over 300 years and the richness of the terroirs through the wines of its estates. You'll also discover a remarkable library of old vintages.

ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
