In the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, in the commune of Rosey, the Lagarde family decided to unite around a common project: to vinify, mature and market their wines in a former 16th-century priory. Having fallen into neglect, the family restored it and brought it back to life.
This is where Domaine Lagarde was born in 2019. After 6 years of development, the Domaine has built a new winery and tasting room in Saint-Désert.
The Domaine will be delighted to welcome you to discover its different cuvées, from the best hillsides in the appellation.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
