Juliénas Chaintré Vignerons Associés was born from the meeting of Burgundy and Beaujolais. Two beautiful neighbouring regions that allow our visitors to explore both our white wines from the Mâconnais and our red wines from the Beaujolais in the same place. The Cave de Juliénas and the Cave de Chaintré embody the sharing, the encounters, the passion and the love between two lands.
Our cooperative winegrowers cultivate the vines with care, ensuring that the soil is healthy, that the grapes ripen properly and that winegrowing practices respect nature. They embody the values of cooperation: pooling resources, helping each other and demanding quality.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
