Domaine Vincent et Sophie Morey invites you to discover its website and its new online shop. Since 2006, we have been producing wines from 23 different appellations. We are based in Chassagne Montrachet.
The land on which we grow our wine is in the Côte d'Or department, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Our vineyards cover 20 hectares in the villages of Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet and Cheilly-les-Maranges. Our production, whether of village wines or grands crûs, receives the same attention and benefits from a know-how that we have sought to preserve in its traditional form, at every stage of our work as winegrowers, from working the land and harvesting the grapes by hand to vinification in barrels. All year round, our work is carried out with the strictest respect for nature, using integrated pest management.
When you visit our estate, you'll discover this traditional approach, which you can also appreciate during the wine tasting sessions we organise in our cellar, by appointment.
We deliver our wines throughout France and Europe.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
