A 15-hectare winegrowing estate in Vergisson, Saône et Loire, at the foot of the famous Solutré rock, our estate is several generations old and produces some of the most famous wines in southern Burgundy.
Pouilly Fuissé 1er Cru, Pouilly Fuissé, Saint Véran, Mâcon Vergisson, Mâcon Bussières, Mâcon La Roche Vineuse, Crémant de Bourgogne for the Chardonnay grape variety
Bourgogne rouge for the Pinot noir grape variety
Mâcon Bussières red for the Gamay grape variety
All the wines produced on the estate receive special attention during the winemaking process.
Our estate is committed to respecting the environment.
The vines are treated only with products authorised for organic farming, when necessary and after observation.
We plough and grass the vines to preserve biodiversity, protect the soil from erosion and drought, and keep the soil cool in summer.
We try to improve our environmental footprint as much as possible (no mowing of the vineyard borders, conservation and maintenance of hedges, participation in the protection and re-establishment of bees, etc.).
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
