We've been winegrowers by vocation and passion for 5 generations. Every day, we realise how lucky we are to work as a family, with this wonderful heritage left to us by our ancestors.
We offer a wide range of wines, 16 different appellations in red, white and rosé, all located in the commune of Nuits-St-Georges and in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits: Bourgogne Blanc et Rouge, Coteaux Bourguignon Rosé, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits Blanc et Rouge, Nuits-St-Georges Blanc et Rouge, Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru Rouge.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
