Our Domaine of 75 Ha is located in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Here we produce Aligoté, Passetoutgrain, and Hautes Côtes de Beaune (red and white). The Domaine equally owns vineyards over the "communes" of Beaune, Monthelie, Pommard and Puligny Montrachet. The familial dimension of our Domaine allows us to control every step of our profession. We are both in the vineyards and in the cellar, and the care we take allows us to create very high quality wines naturally. Both the grape harvest and the aging take place according to Burgundian winemaking tradition.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
