In Savigny-Lès-Beaune, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, you can appreciate the buildings designed at the end of the 19th century by a Beaux Arts architect. The 2400 m² of vaulted cellars and the unusual architecture of the building make this a unique place.
The estate's philosophy is to respect the terroir and offer its customers powerful, elegant and deep wines.
The estate offers a tour of the vineyards, the vat room and the ageing cellars, ending with a wine tasting session.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
