In the heart of the internationally-renowned Côte de Beaune, the Domaine Georges and Thierry PINTE is a small family business located in Savigny-les-Beaune. The estate has 7 ha, of which 72 ares in Aligoté, 21 ares in Chardonnay and the remainder in Pinot Noir. We grow and work on the vines and are attached to our "terroir", we therefore take care to respect the typical characteristics of each appellation. We vinify, mature and bottle the wines ourselves. Our vat room is in the centre of the village in a 1696 house near the church and the chateau which holds many treasures. If you are in our beautiful region please visit us for a free tasting. ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
