Our family’s roots in this village date back to 1531, as research into the archives has shown. Among the documents discovered is a deed of ownership for a vineyard dated 1769, a valuable testament to our family’s attachment to this land.

Unfortunately, between these two periods, time has caused part of the archives to be lost, leaving certain pages of our history shrouded in mystery. Yet one thing remains certain: generation after generation, the bond between our family and these vineyards has been passed down with the same passion and respect. Today, it is the eighth generation – and perhaps more – that is continuing this family adventure, determined to preserve this heritage whilst writing its own chapter.


At the estate, every decision is guided by a simple conviction: great wines are born, first and foremost, in the vineyards.

The size of our estate allows us to be present on a daily basis in each of our plots. This closeness to the vines gives us the responsiveness needed to intervene at precisely the right moment, according to the needs of each plot and each vintage, with particular attention paid to every detail.

Respectful of the soil and all living things, we foster a natural balance within our vineyard. Biodiversity plays a vital role in our approach, as we are convinced that a vine in harmony with its environment is the primary condition for the authentic expression of its terroir.

Our philosophy extends right through to the harvest. We prioritise full ripeness in order to reveal the full aromatic richness of the grapes. This pursuit of ripeness enables us to produce generous, deep and sumptuous wines, whilst retaining the elegance and finesse that characterise the great wines of Burgundy.

We choose to devote the necessary time to each plot, with a single aim: to bring out the very best of its terroir, whilst respecting its identity and the vintage.
