The Château de Sully is a jewel of Renaissance architecture in the heart of Burgundy. The Mac Mahon family established itself there in the middle of the 18th century and began wine-growing. The descendants of the first Marquis maintained this family passion from generation to generation.
Today, the permanent residence of Madame la Duchesse de Magenta, Marquise de Mac Mahon and her children, the Château de Sully is also above all a major place of cultural, artistic and wine-based Burgundy heritage.
Animations and visits/shows for young and old, the Château de Sully also offers you meals; it is an extraordinary site for receptions and galas, not forgetting Madame la Duchesse de Magenta’s wine tastings, from her estate in Chassagne-Montrachet, l'Abbaye de Morgeot.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
