The 40 ha Domaine St Antoine des Echards is situated to the south of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune (2km from Nolay, 25km from Beaune). The wines are produced from this wonderful region but also from Maranges and Santenay. Vinification is traditional and some wines are then matured in oak barrels then bottled at the estate. Marie-Christine and Franck GUERIN welcome you to their pleasant tasting-cellar to help you discover their range of appellations.

ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
