Located in the heart of the Mâconnais, this vineyard has been in the family for four generations. The five hectares of vines are located in the communes of Lugny and Burgy, and are worked using a sustainable approach, tilling the soil. Chardonnay is the only grape variety grown on this estate, typical of the Mâconnais.
The family produces its own vine plants to make the best use of the terroir. Visitors are welcome to come and learn about the process, depending on the time of year, and Edouard Vincent is always happy to receive people for tastings.

ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
