The Domaine des Granges was bought in 2003 by Jean-Paul Paquet, Domaine Fussiacus, a wine grower at Fuissé. Today, his son Yannick welcomes you to this Domaine of 8 hectares. In 2009, the Domaine was named after the Château de Chaintré. You can come and taste our Mâcon-Chaintré, Bourgogne Blanc and Pouilly-Fuissé. All these wines have been matured in the purest Bourgogne tradition. Authentic and high-quality bottling by ourselves at the Domaine. For the group tariff "visit and tasting", one free wine, the other bottles tasted will be invoiced at the same price as in the cellar.
ぶどう畑の所有主や借地人は、年間をとおして仕事に取り組み、テロワール/terroirの表現を守り続けています。ぶどうを育て、ワインの醸造を手がけるほか、自ら販売まで携わっている例もあります。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには3,800のドメーヌがあり、うち1,300のドメーヌがワインを自ら販売しています。平均栽培面積は8haです。
ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneにおけるネゴシアンの役割は時代とともに複雑化しています。もともとは熟成途上のワインを買い取り、熟成と販売を担っていましたが、近年はぶどうを直接買付け、醸造そのものを手がける例もみられます。これは、自ら醸造するワインの品質を完全にコントロールするためです。
ぶどう栽培家を組合員とし、協働で醸造と販売の発展に取り組んでいます。ブルゴーニュ/Bourgogneには23の協同組合があり、ワインワイン生産の16％を占めています。
